day 1: ✅ i am extremely out of shape, so it was very difficult and my arms and hands felt so weak after 😭 i kept having to take breaks. but i did it!! i also felt popping in my shoulders a lot, especially on the "make circles" exercise... i don't know if that's normal or if im doing something wrong :( but i don't have pain so i guess maybe it's fine? day 2: ✅ i feel like it was slightly easier today! i still had to take a lot of breaks but i had to take less breaks than yesterday! and i dont think my arms feel as weak or sore after! (:
